Roll: Chair Remke and Commissioners Audero, Hatch, and Hayward were in attendance. 

Item 2: Minutes from June 2017 Commission Hearing. Approved 4-0. 

Item 3: In re Rios Opinion Request. Approved 3-1. Tentative draft opinion will be posted 10 days before the August 17 Hearing, any responsive briefs due no later than August 16, 2017.
