Roll: Chair Germond and Commissioners Cardenas, Hatch, and Hayward were in attendance in person.

Item 2: Minutes from November 2018 Commission Hearing. Approved 3-0.

Item 3: Enforcement Action. Motion to approve stipulation and send a letter to the Attorney General and local District Attorneys requesting prosecution when public funds are misused. Approved 4-0.
