Item 10: Prenotice Discussion of Amendments to Regulation 18419. Discussion item.
Item 11: Discussion of Remote Participation in Meetings by Members of the Public. Motion to authorize staff to pilot remote commenting program for the next meeting. Approved 4-0. Motion for staff to develop rules for both in person and remote public participation for the next meeting. Approved 4-0.

Item 16: Legislative Update. Motion to change position for AB 201 from Support to Support if Amended. Approved 4-0. Motion to change position for AB 902 from Sponsor to Support. Approved 4-0. Motion to change position on AB 1217 from Oppose Unless Amended to Support if Amended if the implementation is delayed to at least July 1, 2020 with a strong preference to January 1, 2021. Approved 3-1.
