Items 3: Enforcement Item. Motion to approve and send the matter to the local District Attorney office. Approved 4-0.

Item 11: Local Jurisdiction Contract Update. Motion to approved proposed San Bernardino County contract. Approved 4-0. Motion to bring template for other jurisdictions back to future meeting. Approved 4-0.

Item 13: Prenotice Discussion of Proposed Amendment of Regulation 18422 and Adoption of Regulation 18422.1, Multipurpose Organization Recordkeeping.  Discussion item.
